Somebody had a big day...

And that somebody was our cats! Gene's dad recently got a couple Berman cats, a mom and a kitten. He was like uber excited about them and got them loads of stuff. He even made them a cat tree.

Well, he gets them home, has them about a week and then realizes that they're too much for him. He's a retired 72(?) year old that lives alone and was looking for the companionship. Well, they were more of a pain then a pleasure. He said that they were all over the counters, on the table and would meow constantly. So he ended up giving them back to the breeder he got them from.

But the upside of this, he gave all his cat stuff to us! We're talking 2 nice cat beds, a litter box, travel cage, toys, food and water dished, an unopened bag of Iams cat food and an incredibly awesome cat tree! I think we were more excited about the stuff then our cats, lol. But, they've been scratching on it non stop so I guess they like it too.

Anyway, I guess that's all for now. Just wanted to share the wealth. Peace!
