Care for a slice of Beer Bread?

My mom used to make the best beer bread on the planet! It was so moist and had such agood taste - I loved it! Well, I took it upon myself to find a recipe that was easy enough for me to make so that I could give it a try. Unfortunately, we only had Miller Light in the house, so the flavor wasn't all there. Overall, it wasn't too bad. A little more firm than what I would have lived, but not too bad. I definitely need to perfect it before I can say it's anything like my moms.
