Guess where I'm not going today...

That would be work! Unfortunately, I had to call in today for undisclosed reasons. I talked to Bruce - the top manager - and told him. He said to keep him updated and that if anything changed to let him know. I've worked there for nearly two months and never called in, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

LaVaughn and I went to town today for a few things that we needed, and a few things that we didn't need. I ended up stopping by Town and Country and talking with the manager. I've been talking to him for a while now about getting a job there, but lacked retail experience for that I needed, so I never really got hired. I called him before I went in and he told me to stop by, so I did.

The store was like crazy packed, so I didn't get to talk with him as much as I would like. Oh well, hopefully him seeing my face was enough.

It would be SO much cooler to work in Piedmont instead of having to drive all the way to Ironton. I just hope he hires me!

I do apologize for the creepiness of this blog, but I just needed to talk about it. You can tell by the way I'm typing that things are just "off" today. Hopefully they get better tomorrow. I highly doubt it, but whatevs.
