More Updates - Joeys & Movies Included!

We've gone swimming every day this week except today... this saddens me a great deal. It's also saddening that so many people swarm to the same place on the weekends - it's creepy. I don't know how in the hell people can swim on top of people like that. Especially when the hillbillies come out of the wood works - that's when you really need to watch out. You sure as shit don't want cousin Johnny swimming up stream from you with a vacant expression on his face.

In other, less terrifying news - we watched The Pact the other day. Some of you may have seen the preview to it and compared it to Paranormal Activity. Let me tell you - it's NOTHING like Paranormal Activity! I've never been a huge fan of those movies, but The Pact made me fall head over heels in love with them. Like some many other films out there - The Pact is a copy cat to all the other supernatural and psychological films out today. It's about a girl - like always, who gets haunted by something in her childhood home. The first hour of the movie it SO boring, I seriously thought I was going to have to peel the flesh from my eyes to stay awake. Then out of nowhere... it's gets interesting! Just when you think, "Holy shit, did that just happen? That shit was creepy!" it turns around and slaps you in the face. The plot heightened for like 45 seconds and then slammed back down even faster than it went up. I'm not going to say anymore, but just keep this in mind before and while you're watching the movie - Soda and Pickles!

And now for a few new pictures of Chloe to round off the day... enjoy!

A burning flame in the darkness.

Back to the daily grind...

It's been forever and a day since we've sewn anything, but we had to finish up a set for someone yesterday, so we're back at it. We had to sew two 5 piece sets, which wasn't too bad. This coming week will unveil another week of semi non-stop sewing. We have to do a 7 piece set for someone, two more 5 piece sets and then a massive 28 piece set for someone else. We may not have to do the 28 piece set this week, which would be awesome, but if we do, whatever.

Back on yesterdays sewing, LaVaughn managed to make Robbie and awesome little hammock/hut thing. I put it in his cage as soon as it was done and he loved it! I got some pretty cute pictures of him examining it.

In today's news, we just got back from town with some light bulbs and stuff for dinner. Since we didn't have Milla with us, we decided to take our neighbors dog with us. He LOVES to go for drive, so we try to take him as much as possible.

Well, I suppose that's all for now. Time to end this slightly boring blog. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Love & Peace

Just another pic of our newbie...

Just thought I'd share another pic of our newbie, Fiona (formerly Capri). Not too much else going on today. Unbelievably bored, but whatever.

That's about it, write more next time. Love and peace...

Song of the day: Lady Grinning Soul by David Bowie

There's a first time for everything...

As I'm sure most of you know by now, we breed our sugar gliders and sell their joeys on a place called Glider Central. Well, yesterday this girl posted a comment on Draco's add saying that she would like to have him, but couldn't. Well, we sent her a message on GC telling her that we would have no problem taking payment plans and could even go lower on the price. She said that she would talk to her husband about it and get back to us.

Well, we were on GC this morning and noticed that the girl that wanted Draco had a site. So naturally, we checked it out. We then realised that she had a little female joey that almost a month OOP. We were talking about maybe asking her if she would be willing to trade her female for Draco. After we figured out what to say, we sent her a message asking her about it. And to our surprise, she said that would be great! I honestly didn't think she would go for it, but she did.

So, not only did we find a home Draco, but we're getting a little girl too (her temp name is Capri BTW). We were like completely beside ourselves. Now we just have to decide which glider we're going to pair her with. But, that's WAY in the future.

That's pretty much all I had to say. Until next time...
