Sewing and Sophie.

Since Drake (now Draco) is starting his journey to New York tomorrow, LaVaughn and I decided to make him a bonding pouch for the trip. Since LaVaughn's the only one that's ever attempted one, I decided to make one along with her. And you know what - I actually made one! And it's cute! The zippers were shorter, so the bonding pouches are kind of longer and more narrow, but they work.

After I finished, I decided to take some pictures of Sophie for Erika. It's been a while and I figured she might like them. Now if we could just get a RR set up for her - we would be set!

While I'm thinking of it - we might have more chickens in a couple weeks! One of our hens is brooding! So around the 26th of this month, we should have 6 new additions. If all of the eggs are fertile, of course.

Happy February 1st everyone! Just got back from town a little while ago and thought I would share the beyond adorable pictures of Sadie and Pip that I got last night. And just so you know, I'm not neglecting Kira and Logan, I just haven't gotten around to their photoshoot yet. Anyway, everyone seems to sit still on the shelf for some reason and look directly at the camera. It seriously makes for fantastic face shots.

One mini set down, 2 to go...

I woke up today with full intentions of sewing everything that needed to be sewn. LaVaughn and I had to sew a donation cage set and two full cage sets for toy trades. Well, it didn't quite go as planned. After I got done with the donation set and she finished cutting, we just lost all interest and decided to call it a night. I know, we're bums, but at least everything will be cut and ready for tomorrow!

In other news, I managed to get some pretty comical pictures of our cat, Una, last night. She was sitting directly in front of the computer screen and was just staring at it. That's when I decided to look up cat porn and take a picture of her staring at it. Oh the simple things, lol.

Videos, videos, videos!!

It seems like it's been months since I've posted any kind of video on here. That's probably because it has, lol. For some reason, I just kept putting it off. Well, over the past week, I've forced myself to sit down and upload all of the videos to YouTube so that I can share them on here. I think there's a total of 5 videos, but I wont be sure until I go to YT and see.

Aside from the videos, I also managed to get some really cute pictures of Pip last night. They're almost just like the pictures of Felix that I posted yesterday. All the boys in the colony are getting along fairly well. Charlie and Logan were and instant bond. Then Chazz started sleeping in the pouch with them, so they we're getting along. Then for about a week, Chazz fussed at Pip and Felix, so they didn't come anywhere near the pouch the other 3 were sleeping in. Then a couple days ago, I went in the glider room and noticed that Felix had joined the other 3 in the pouch. So now we have 4 boys sleeping in 1 pouch. Pip is the only little man that isn't. I feel bad for him cause now, he sleeps alone. Surely before too long, we'll have all 5 boys sharing the same pouch. At least I hope, lol.

Oh yeah, we, along with millions of other people, watched the Superbowl on Sunday. And man was I happy that the Packers won. Neither of us have ever been a Steelers fan, nor will we ever be. I am disappointed that the Rams started doing shitty towards playoffs and totally bombed any chance of making it to the big game. I suppose there's always next year.

Some one's got a new friend...

My aunt stopped by today with a big bundle of sexy in her greedy hands. What what was sexiness you ask? A puppy! She said that she found it in a field behind her house earlier today. Then she said that her two dogs were chasing the puppies mom and sibling off into the woods. I know, her dogs are horrible sometimes. Anyway, she said that she looked for the other two for a long time, but it was a no go. So, she decided to keep the puppy. She also said that she was going to ask around and put up flyers to see if anyone owned it. But if no one says anything, I guess she'll keep her... yes, it's a her, lol. She calling her Sadie so far. Not sure if that's carved in stone, but probably. The puppy definitely looks like a Saint Bernard mixed with German Shepherd. The reason for the GS is because her mom looked like one. So, that's what we're going on.
