When the weather outside is opposite of frightful...

So, the weather today is pure perfection. This is my ideal day; mostly sunny, low 70s, a mild breeze -- it's just perfect. So to take advantage of the perfect day, we say outside for the longest time, soaking up the sun and chatting with family. Nothing special took place, just a merry gathering of sorts.

It's rare that we all get to sit and do nothing for a while. It seems like everyone is moving at a fast pace all the time anymore, which is sad. We need more slow days. Days with less worry, days to just relax and enjoy.

I especially enjoyed yesterday, I got another POP! in the mail! I was able to buy burning walker from someone on the POP! Facebook group for $13 shipped!! He's worth like $16 without shipping, so you can imagine my excitement. No one else gets it, so it's something I enjoy on my own. Even my one "friend" I met in the POP! group is weird. He's just like "meh" every time I show him something. He likes to boast, so nothing I have is worth anything. Little does he know I could give two shits about the price of my POPS!, I collect to collect, not to make money.

Well hello gorgeous weather!

The weather has been so, so nice here lately -- kind of making me look forward to spring for once! I'm sure I've stated it a dozen times, but I'm a polar bear, I like the cold. Today was especially beautiful. Calm winds, clear skies, great temperature -- perfection.

Off the subject of that, but I've closed the store the past two nights and it's getting loads easier! The first night that I watched her close I didn't think I would EVER get it down, but I seem to be doing okay. I think I'll be closing on my own before too much longer.

So, just finished The Walking Dead. I can't BELIEVE there are only 3 episodes left! I'm dying, you have no idea. I'm so into the show right now, it's going to kill me when they kill someone off. I think I'll need counseling.

Too warm for December...

It was so unbelievably nice outside today. Like so nice that I had to go outside and take pictures! What's up with this warm weather we're having? It's supposed to be winter! I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, but I know I'm not going to get it.

Anyways, LaVaughn and I sewed a couple cage sets today. Yes, I said LaVaughn and I! This is the first time she's sewn with me in a loooong time. It was fun and really helped speed up the process. I have two more sets to do for someone else tomorrow, as well as 4 Glider Buckets for another lady. Busy bee is me! If another lady does what she says and pays tomorrow, then I'll have yet another set to sew. Oy vey!

While I was outside soaking up the beautiful weather, I managed to take numerous pictures of Cersei and Jasper. They were the only ones that wanted to have anything to do with me, so it worked. And it's not like they wanted anything, they had just been fed not 10 minutes before. I felt loved.

After I finished my breath of fresh air, I decided to vacuum the house. Not just the kitchen and living room, the entire house! I also cleaned the rat cage and all the drop trays. I was so on point. I actually accomplished everything that I wanted today. Super happy about that! I need to changes pouches tomorrow after I sew. I also have to make HPW, fun fun. Not sure what else I'll do, if anything.

Gees this blog is pathetic! I normally have something to go with, but this is just like an opinion piece when I don't an opinion -- I'm just babbling! I suppose I should stop doing that and call it a day. Until next time...
