Who knew getting bugs in the mail would be so exciting!

Our beyond awesome Camille's Vita Mealies came in the mail today and we're stoked! We ordered from a different place last time and were mildly unsatisfied. They came with no container, no food and they were small as shit. We will definitely be ordering from Camille again!

I know it's kind of boring, but that's pretty much all I have to say. Stay thirsty my friends...

Here's what Camille's Vita Mealies looks like. Neat, eh?

And check out this ventilated lid!

Theses are a couple rat snack breakfast burritos that LaVaughn made last night. Cute, aren't they?

LaVaughn managed to get some BEYOND adorable pictures of Violet eating treats last night and I just had to share them. Oh, have I mentioned that we're keeping her? Well, more about that in a later blog. :)

Just look at that cute sugar glider face!

 Violet enjoying her treat.

Seriously, is she not the cutest WF sugar glider girl ever!?!

 I just love her.

But it's east with a face like that. :)

Tent time and one lazy dog...

We decided to try our luck with tent time again last night. It's been a while since we've tried, considering the gliders don't enjoy themselves at ALL! But... that didn't stop us from trying.

We got Kira, Logan and the boys out first. As soon as we got in the tent and forced them out of the pouch, they all scattered to LaVaughn's back and stayed there. We sat the joeys on some of the toys in the cage just to encourage them a little. After about 10 minutes, the joeys started to loosen up a bit and ran around. All the while their parent were still perched on LaVaughn's back. After another 10 minutes went by, I pulled Kira and Logan off of LaVaughn and tried to get them to play. Logan immediately ran back to LaVaughn. Kira sat on the floor next to me for a few minutes, then I picked her up and held her in my hands the rest of the time. After another 20 minutes and them doing nothing, we decided to get Sadie and Pip.

Well, they were no better. Sadie had been spazing out from the get go. She barked the entire time we had Kira and Logan in the tent and that's exactly what she continued to do. She and Pip kind of ran around for a few minutes, barking and spazing. That's when I scooped Sadie up and just decided to hold her. LaVaughn did the same with Pip. So we basically just sat and held them in the tent. We didn't stay as long, considering we knew there was no hope for them. Ugh, punks!

Well, I suppose that's all for now. Until the next successful tent time, you know where to find me...

Movie of the day: Year One

Here are the sugar glider tent time pictures:

Jacks, Barrel of Monkeys and treats! What more could a glider want?

I don't know what this is really, it's some type of layer. I think I'm going to call it Mordor. My lovely, lovely aunt actually picked this up for us. Love you auntie and thanks again! <3

One of their 3-tier mesh toys things.

Deagol outside the walls of Mordor, lol.

"Hold me please!"

Deagol on top of Mordor.

Smeagol getting ready to cross the bridge at Mordor, lol.

I think he may go under the bridge.

Apparently he's going to climb the walls of Mordor instead.

Ah, but look at what he's climbing to! No wonder...

And who better to climb with... and Irish monkey!

Deagol in the mesh hanging toy.

"Get me out of here!"

Smeagol on top of the mesh toy.

Smeagol's beautiful tail.

Logan on LaVaughn's back.

Deagol found hi mommy.

Omg, too adorable! But seriously, what's not cute about a sugar glider joey riding on his mom's back?

Kira, froze in one stop on the tent floor.

Oh but isn't she cute!

And now Deagol found his dad, lol.

"So what, he's MY day!"

The spazzy couple before they were forced out of their pouch.

Pip in the mesh toy.

Pip's beautiful tail.

Faded WFB sugar glider face.

See... spaz!

Sadie all curled up in my hand.

Isn't she precious?

Pip all curled up in LaVaughn's hand.

Such a cutie.

There are some days when Milla doesn't like to eat her food right away. We usually feed a couple hours before we go to bed so that she can digest and go to the bathroom and not have to wait all night. Well here recently, LaVaughn feels that she must hand feed this 90+ pound dog with a spoon. Yes, a spoon! What is the world coming too?

Despite how lazy Milla is being, she still looks extremely cute while doing so.

To the South! (LOADS of pics and videos included!)

Now I know that's not an actual Year One line, but we did go South. We had to go to Poplar Bluff earlier today for undisclosed reasons, but while we were there, we hit up PetsWay. It seems like it's been months since we've been there, which it probably has. It was definitely nice to be back.

While we were there, we scoped out all of the animals, like always. And of course, there was one little animal that stood out among all the rest. And can you guess what that was? The tiniest, cutest little white lionhead rabbit ever! Oh man, we were SO close to bringing that little guy home, it's not even funny. But for now, we walked away. We also picked up some mealies for the gliders. And since I had Sadie in my bra and LaVaughn had Kira in hers, we got to feed them some while we were there.

Well, I do believe that's all for now. Don't forget to check out the awesome pictures and videos below. Yes, videos! Until next time, you know where to find me...

Song of the day: Mrs. Robinson by Simon & Garfunkel

Here are the pics:

Kira all snuggled up in LaVaughn's bra.

 Sadie, peaking out of mine.

This is seriously one of the creepiest graveyards ever!

 An awesome little chameleon.

 See how cute!

 A boa.

 Some awesome doves.

 Love this one.

And here are the stupidly cute lionhead rabbits!

 A hedgehog.

 Some iguanas.

I love how the big one is holding the little one like, "This in my bitch!"

 Just look at those legs!

The beyond cute bunny that we want.

Just look at that face! How can you not love it?

Look at this cute little dick!

 Definitely my favorite hamster there.

 Ugh, so beyond stupid!

Seriously, $9 for string to torture your sugar gliders with. The sugar glider leash should be outlawed.

You gotta love the saltwater fish.

And now for the videos:

These are pictures from tent time with Sadie and Kira last night. There's not too many, that's why I wanted to go ahead and add them at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!
