Weekly iPhone Roundup {3.18 - 3.24}

I'm not gonna lie, I'm back dating this post and honestly can't remember what all happened, lol. I only have the pictures to go by, which doesn't show me much. I mean, nothing really happened that's worth talking about this week. Just the usual stuff.

I guess the only thing different this week is the fact that I didn't go in Buchheits at all and absolutely did not purchase anymore chicks... hand to God. Believe me, I wanted to, really I did. We're maxed out on space, so I absolutely have to stop.

I believe I'll leave it at that. Here are the pictures from the past week!

Beautiful evening drive through Perryville.

The sweetest girl, Ella.

She's a chonk that's obsessed with her mama.

Here's granny Layla.

And baby Hyde.

I wonder how many times I've gone to Taco Bell for my brother, lol.

The best coffee shop in Fredericktown, MO... The Station.

Fork in the road.

Here's our mini Amazon haul. LaVaughn's Airpod case is on the left, mine is the moon and stars on the right, obviously. Then we got some camera protectors and some absolutely fantastic soup spoons. Such a random Amazon haul combo.

Very foggy and nasty day Thursday.

Chopped noodles for the chicks.

My favorite two ingredient bagels for breakfast for the weekend.

I did an egg-wash and added some everything bagel seasoning to the top of them.

Weekly iPhone Roundup {12.24 - 12.30}

I know I haven't blogged all week, but there's honestly been nothing to blog about. I've spent a lot of time with family this week - when I'm not doing that I'm playing games... shocker. I'm so very thankful for our new internet provider, but it's still not fiber fast, but it gets the job done. I've been downloading God of War: Ragnarok since Sunday and it's still not done. Mind you, I don't let it download 24/7, but roughly 12 hours a day maybe. It's like 86gb, but I was able to play it when it hit like 28gb, so there's that.

Let me just say that this game is a blast! I mean, it's as GOW as any other, but the combat in this game is what makes it's so much fun.

In between downloading that, I've been playing the remastered version of The Last Of Us. Literally been one of y favorite games of all time since December of 2014, which is when I got it for the first time on PS4. Plus I'm wanting to play while I impatiently wait on HBO's The Last Of Us to come out. I've been counting down the days for months now.

Anyways, here are the random ass photos from my week. Hope everyone has a save and Happy New Year!

Snowy view from upstairs, just before we went home Christmas Eve.

The most random Christmas Eve shopping items.

Our beautiful snow covered road.

Homemade rice crispie treats.

Homemade sugar cookies.

The one present I'll share with you, my awesome new tripod that my aunt and uncle got me. SO thankful to have a new one, I can't wait for Milky Way season!

Homemade pumpkin bars with homemade icing.

Kool-Aid pie and cream cheese pie with toffee topping.

My beautiful boxador.

This is one of my favorite purchases this year. It's a palm tree light for camping, which my uncle mentioned he wanted late summer. He loved it.

More snow Christmas night.

This was like 3:30am Monday.

Still snowing at 3pm Monday.

God of War Ragnarok was 89% away from being able to play. There was still like 60gb to go.

Seriously obsessed with this spinach and artichoke dip right now. I took this pic because I asked my aunt to pick some up for me.

The Last Of Us Remastered. Seriously the best game ever.

And lastly, a wet leaf on concrete.

Goodbye white horse...

We were in need of a few items for dinner, so we decided that, instead of going all the way to town, we would just shop at our local grocery store. And when I say grocery store, I mean glorified with convenience store less items than an actual convenience store. BUT, they do have a deli, which was the main reason for our venture.

Since that is the one and only store in all of Des Arc, all 153 residents just had to be there at the same time. When things like this happen, we just drive down old county roads, or to the graveyard, whichever we're feeling at the time. We opted for the road this time.

We were about a mile in, when out of the corner of my, I saw a flash of white! This white ball ended up stopping just at the edge of the road, only long enough for me to see that it was an albino squirrel! Something I've NEVER seen in person people. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen an albino anything in the wild before. I quickly grabbed for the camera, but the squirrel was no where to be found. I talked about it for a good 10 minutes, just to make sure that LaVaughn knew exactly what it was... I think she got the idea.

On our way back -- in almost the exact same spot -- we saw it again! This time, we were ready for it. LaVaughn somehow managed to grab one picture of it as it was sitting there, then one as it was running off -- which is completely unrecognizable.

So yes, the albino squirrel is captured for all of eternity!

I couldn't help but stop and take pictures of the roadside flowers. LaVaughn made her way back to the car, but I hung around for another 5 minutes taking repetitive pictures. In my defense, it was a new road with new scenery. At least I don't have the same boring pictures from around the yard to share. :)

Love & Peace

Here's the albino squirrel! Or leucustic squirrel, not really sure.

And some more pictures from the drive...

There was a spider there too... do you see it? Shutter!

Spectacular lighting today.

Cattails!

Another bug!

It's sad how much I love finding bugs to photograph.

Beautiful, white roadside flowers.
