Sugar gliders and sewing go hand in hand...

Hey again! I actually have something to blog about today instead of just rambling. Today was host to yet another glorious day of sewing. We had to do a custom order for someone and then just finish up a set that we had laying around, which we sold. We'll have to sew more either Sunday or Monday, depending on what we're doing that day and how we feel. Anyway, I think the sets turned out pretty good.

In joey news... did I mention that Kira has two more joeys IP? If not, I'm telling you now. I had her out giving her treats a few day ago and sure enough, I felt two little joeys! We're really hoping for a couple girls so that we can keep one. Or a really pretty boy, it doesn't matter. Sadie's joey (which is a girl) should be OOP in the next couple weeks. We're really keeping our fingers crossed for a leu.

While we're on the subject of joeys, I managed to get some really cute pictures of Deagol last night/early this morning. His new mommy loves getting new pictures of him. I also managed to get a video, which I will post below.

Well, I guess that's all for now. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Here are the pics of Deagol from last night:

 "What's that smell?"

 "I think I'll have a lick."

 "Hmm, tastes pretty good."

 And now he's scared, lol.

He doesn't like the bright lights of the kitchen.

 Sleepy joey.

 Look at that pretty tail!

 Even better shot.

 "Are you talking to me?"

Sabbath Bloody Sabbath...

I know Sunday Bloody Sunday would've been a better title for today, considering it is Sunday, but I've just never been a big U2 fan. As I'm sure you know by now, I'm Ozzy all the way. Anyway, I was on a roll during the past week, I blogged like every day! It was inevitable that I wouldn't blog for days after that. Anyway, I don't really have anything of importance to say, I mainly wanted to share some pictures and some videos. Yes... videos! Sounds like fun, eh?

Oh yeah, I think we might actually be taking Hannibal to his new home this coming weekend! It's seems like it's taking forever to get him there. Well actually, it has. We were supposed to meet the girl at the beginning of January... it's almost April! A quick calculation tells me that was 3 months ago! I guess I should just be happy that he has a home to go to. But yeah, that's what's going on with that.

Well, I suppose that's all for now. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Here are the pics:

Zoe with Robbie's shirt on. It looks more like a cape on her, lol.

 Una's little cunty expression.

 Sadie enjoying a yoggie.

 Look at that tongue!

Robbie was having a nap in the corner. And just look at that chubby belly!

 SO cute!

Hannibal getting a little one-on-one attention.

Look at those big, crazy eyes!

And now he's enjoying a papaya snack.

Una on top of the fridge, where she shouldn't be.

And lastly, the ever so adorable, Fiona.

And now, time for some videos:

All things sugar glider...

Today has pretty much revolved around the gliders and glider related things. Not like that's a bad things, just weird. We started off by boiling a bag of chicken leg quarters (I think that's what they're called) for all the animals, gliders included. After that got done, we decided to do a little tent time with the girls. We've decided to let the boys chill out together for a few days and bond with each other. And when I say boys, I mean ALL 5 boys! It's official, we have a colony of 5! They're not all biffs or anything, but they're getting there.

After we got done in the tent, we decided to clean the cages and put clean cage sets in. And when I say clean the cages, I mean clean the cages. We washed the bars, washed the drop trays, washed the wheels and even vacuumed the glider room. I know, we're really on a roll. After we washed everything, we put the clean cage sets in and then added the gliders. All in all, I think they're quite happy with everything and everyone.

Aside from all of that good stuff, I think I may be getting over my cold (fingers crossed). Ugh, I absolutely hate being sick. It's one of the worst things ever. I know I've mentioned this before, but you never know how good you actually feel until your sick. It blows, man.

Well, I guess that's all for now. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Here are the pics:

I know it's hard to tell, but there are 3 gliders in this pouch. Logan, Charlie and... wait for it... Chazz!

Sexy little Pip on top of Felix.

 And again...

Sadie, enjoying some boiled chicken.

Kira, spazing out.
.
Just look at those crazy eyes, lol.

You can see her black beauty features really well here.

My favorite of her.

Sadie, being nosey.

I love the red tone to her fur.

This is probably my favorite of her.

No, this one.

This is probably my favorite of Fiona, so cute!

I just love their crazy eyes.

Ahh, her arm looks broken!

She looks so different from Sadie and Kira.

These are straws with frozen yogurt inside of them. I got this fabulous idea from Erin, a fellow glider lover.

Some boiled chicken.

Fiona is ALWAYS on my head. Sometimes LaVaughn, but mostly on me, lol.

Sadie having a snack of yogurt straw.

Sadie enjoying a yogurt straw on my shoulder.

Sadie still enjoying a yogurt straw.

You can actually see all 3 boys in this one. Naturally, Logan is on top being nosey.

Pip and Felix laying in the hammock.

Here's a picture of the girls exceptionally clean cage. The wheels and toys were being washed at the time.

The boys clean cage. Again, the toys and wheels were being washed.

Just a picture of Logan that I loved.

And lastly, Felix, looking like a demon. :)
