What's tiny, fat and furry all over?

If you guessed puppies, then you're right! We had the unbelievable please of playing/interacting with puppies today and it was awesome! The brother of one of my aunts friends has a dog that had 7 of the cutest puppies a week ago. They're so cute and so tiny. We went to his house today and, ff course, held each one and took individual pictures of all of them. We're also the lucky ones that get to advertise these puppies, lol. Oh well, hopefully we'll be able to find homes for all of them. Know anyone? :)

That's mainly all I wanted to share. I must warn you, these pictures are seriously cute and will seriously make you want a puppy. That's what happened to me anyway, lol.

Puppy #7

And this beautiful little lady is the mom to all these gorgeous puppies. I wish I could have got more pictures of her, but my battery died. :(

Bonus Gallery!

The chickens all got the run of the yard again yesterday, but I didn't go outside to take any photos. I did, however, manage to get a couple photos of Serafina and Phillippe sitting under a tree. I was actually shocked that they weren't in the stream behind the house!

These images are slightly enhanced, I took them through the window from a distance:

 Duck love. <3

Our Mallard hen, Serafina, taking a nap.

Our Magpie drake, Phillippe, cleaning himself.

Bla, bla, bla...

I can already tell that this post is going nowhere. I mostly just wanted to share a few pictures with you and give you an update on how we're doing with one less dog. Well my friends, so far so good. I have only thought of her a couple times, then I would remember other things and forget about it. I'm pretty sure LaVaughn is the same way. We both miss her in some ways, like her cute little face. But as I said in my last post, cuteness only gets you so far. Ok enough about that.

I guess that's pretty much all I have. There's nothing uber exciting going on at the moment. So, until next time, you know where to find me...

Song of the day: Movie of the day: Night of the Demons (the original)

Here are the pics:

I'm sure anyone who's ever watched Harry Potter knows what these bad boys are, lol.

Seriously, just look at some of those flavours. And yes, that's exactly what they taste like. Yuck!

Not sure if you can tell or not, but this is our dilapidated hairbrush that we left in the bathroom while the rats were playing. Ugh, they're such little dicks sometimes, lol.

Fun while it lasted...

I guess I will go ahead and get this off of my chest... we decided to take Mischa back to the breeder we got her from. I know most of you (the ones who I didn't already tell) are asking yourselves, "Why would they do that?" Well, my friends, you didn't know her. Yes, I know she was a puppy and yes, I know she would've grown out of a lot of it, but it was just TOO much! Here's a list of reason's why we didn't keep her:

  1. She and Milla didn't get along.
  2. She chased the cats.
  3. The cats hated her.
  4. She refused to listen... literally!
  5. She chewed on cords (including my laptop cord that's ruined!).
  6. She barked/cried ALL night!

I'm sure there's more, but that was the major stuff. Yes, she was beyond cute, but cuteness only gets you so far. And I know most of you don't believe me when I say she wouldn't listen, but she wouldn't. We would tell her no and she would go back and do it over and over again! It just became too much and we made the decision to just take her back. Marilyn (the breeder) was extremely nice about everything and didn't hold a grudge, so that was awesome.

Well, I guess that's all for now, just wanted to share. Until next time, you know where to find me...  ;)

Back in the Day - Part 6 (the finale)

Just think, one short month ago we just started the "Back in the Day" posts. And now... they must come to and end. All 6 are just minutes away from being complete, so you better soak in as much as you can now. Ok, enough rambling. This is actually the last installment of Milla's puppy pictures. I'm sad that this is all we have, but I'm happy that I was able to find them and share them with you.

I believe that's all I have for now, hopefully I'll have something a little more inthralling next time...

Prepare for the cuteness:

I know these aren't super young, but she was still a puppy and she was still cute...  ;)

Just some more pics...

Hey all. I thought you might enjoy a few more pics of our new puppy, Mischa. So far, she's doing pretty good. She goes to the bathroom outside if we catch her in time, so that's awesome. She and Milla aren't the best of friends yet, but I think they're making progress.

Anyway, I wanted to keep this short and sweet, so that's all for now. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Hope you enjoyed!

Back in the Day - Part 5

Father, it's been nearly two weeks since my last post, haha! I thought that I would go ahead and add some more baby pics of Milla. I've been really slacking on that and the movie reviews. One day... one day.

Not sure when these pictures we're taken, I don't even remember taking them. Truthfully, I think LaVaughn did. Anyway, they're really cute and capture Milla at her akward stage where she has super long legs. They're really cute and definitely worth the look. Enjoy!
