Cupcake Wars!

LaVaughn and I made several little cupcakes last night and they are awesome! They were all made with the same basic mix, just different toppings. All the cupcakes consisted of strawberry cake mix and they were topped with the following:

• Chocolate Candy Melts w/Walnut Topping
• Rainbow Chip Icing
• Rainbow Chip Icing w/Walnut Topping -- These were also chocolate filled!

Not bad, eh? Especially considering we didn't have that many different ingredients and toppings to begin with, but what we had worked!

Well, I guess that's all for now. We have to go grocery shopping in about 30 minutes. >insert sad and disgusted face here< Until next time, you know where to find me...

Guess who decided to come OOP!?!

Little Miss Violet! And who is Violet you ask? That's Sadie and Pip's new little WFB girl! I know I haven't really talked about the gliders' joeys lately, but I guess this makes it more of a surprise when they come OOP. This is Sadie's first single joey, so it's extra exciting. This is also her 3rd girl in a row, which is unbelievable considering the girls seems to want to have only boys. Not that I'm dissing the boys, I love them just as much!

Aside from the new joey excitement, Deagol has been exceptionally sweet lately. He wanted out of his cage the other night (he's a single bachelor now) so we got him out and played with him. After about 20 minutes of playing and snacking, he decided to curl up under my arm and nap. And yes, I have photo evidence. After that he decided to go to LaVaughn and sleep all curled up in her hand for a while. He's such a sweetie. I don't know if we'll ever be able to let him go when we find him a home (yes, his home fell through, long story).

What's that on your nose?

Every once in a while I like to tie Milla up outside and let her enjoy 20-30 minutes of fresh air. She goes outside mulitple times during the day, but it's mainly just to run her around and let her go to the bathroom. Anyway, I left her outside for probably 10 minutes and found her nose covered in dirt when I went to get her. I also found two little holes next to where she was standing, lol. It was cute.

Wow, I just realized how suck filled this blog is. I feel like I need to talk about guns and blood now, lol. Well, hopefully I'll have something more exciting to talk about next time. Until then, you know where to find me...

Happy February 1st everyone! Just got back from town a little while ago and thought I would share the beyond adorable pictures of Sadie and Pip that I got last night. And just so you know, I'm not neglecting Kira and Logan, I just haven't gotten around to their photoshoot yet. Anyway, everyone seems to sit still on the shelf for some reason and look directly at the camera. It seriously makes for fantastic face shots.
