Smells like Spring spirit...

Not to be confused with Nirvana's, Smells Like Teen Spirit... obviously. Anyway, the weather the past couple days has been amazing! Yesterday was like an idyllic day for me. Not too hot and not too cold, just right. It's pretty nice today as well, but a little on the warm side. That's probably because I've been inside all day today instead of out, like usual. I usually love to go out and capture the moments, but with gusting winds like we're having today, it's nearly impossible. Thus confirming why I'm inside, lol.

Lets see, what all do I have to talk about? Well, LaVaughn almost got into a fight with one of our neighbor's yesterday, that was pretty awesome. The people that live on the left side of us have like 3 or 4 kids and they're always jackassing around the back of our place with their dick demon dog. It's one thing to be screaming while they're back there, but it's when they have their damn dog that things get annoying. They're always trying to get it to bark and start shit with us. It's SO annoying!

On a happier note, we managed to get all 9 of the glider's nails trimmed last night. And in a record breaking 35 minutes, I might add. Pretty much all the credit goes to LaVaughn, though. I just held them and fed them yoggies, but whatever.

Well, I guess that's all for today. I can't really think of anything else to talk about, so I guess I'll be gone. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Love & Peace

Here are some random pics from yesterday and the day/night before:

The box that our yoggies came in.

Sadie and Kira enjoying a yogurt drop.

 And another...

 I love Kira's expression here. "That's all?"

 All the glorious yoggies.

Zoe trying to fit into a box we all know she can't fit in to, lol.

Liquid candy. Almost as good as Mountain Dew.

Zoe & Una:

 My muddy ass Converse.

Probably my favorite picture from yesterday.

 Just some moss.

 More pretty blue flowers.

This one is pretty cool too.

The trees are starting to bloom.

 Little blue flower awesomeness!

And lastly, Milla joining me in the glider room. :)

Anyone else get hammered?

Man, we did! I knew we were going to get some snow, but I figured it would just be a light dusting, like all the others. But, I was wrong. We got more than a few inches and even got to experience the feeling of being snowed in. I know, fun! At least we had enough Mountain Dew to get us through the night. :)

I did manage to get some fairly nice pictures of the area, not my best work, but still pretty good. Hope you enjoy! Until next time, you know where to fine me...

Love & Peace

More fun time in Poplar Bluff...

Yes, it's true, we went to PB again yesterday. We hit up our usual, Pets-R-Us, Hasting's and Walmart. No PetsWay this time, some of the new staff is a little too snotty for our taste.

Anyway, we started our day off at PRU (that's Pets-R-Us for future reference). Not too much going on there, like always. They had their normal animals and what not. We only go there to look at the puppies and grab some mealworms (100 for only $2.99). I usually take picture when we go, but I just didn't feel like it today, so I took video instead. Nothing too importing, just a bunch of yapping dogs.

After that, we headed to Hasting's. They still had their "Buy 2 Get 2 for $2" deal going on, so we took advantage. We got:

Date Night
Clash Of The Titans
The Blind Side
From Paris With Love
Percy Jackson
Possession
Band Slam
The Hills Run Red

Not the best selection we've ever got, but they're all pretty good. Anyway, as I stated above, they supposedly had a 2fer deal going on. Well, when we both got to the check out, they ended up only giving us one for $1. Isn't that a load of shit? Part of me wanted to take them back in, but we didn't.

After that, we headed for Walmart to do a little clothes shopping. And man am I glad we did. We hit the mother load of T-Shirts, we got 7 all together. I was going to take a picture of them all so you could see what they looked like, but I never really got around to doing that. So for now, I'll just share what I can remember. One was an awesome Grateful Dead shirt, one was a Zeppelin shirt, one was a Guns N' Roses shirt and another was a Mountain Dew shirt. Killer find, man! The other ones are equally awesome, but I can't remember what they say. Aside from the awesome T's, we got a couple new pairs of pants, some bras and some underwear. It was a pretty nice shopping spree.

Well, I guess that's all for now. Hope you enjoyed my rantings, lol. Don't forget to check out the pics and videos below. Peace!

 Some deer at the park.

They don't even care if people are on top of them.

We didn't get to take too many pictures, there were people behind us.

Why now...

Usually, I would be blogging about the release of a new movie and whether or not it was good. But not today, oh no, today we just had to be snowed in. And on the day The Stepfather was released no less. We've waited for months for this to come out, and when it does, this is what we get. I'm so upset... but that's not even the wort part. We only have 4 Mountain Dews left! That's downright frighting. I just hope that we're able to get out tomorrow. Otherwise, this may well be my last post...

Until then, Love & Peace...

Song of the day: She's So Cold by The Rolling Stones

Just got home...

I just got back from the store. I had to get a few necessities that we were pretty much out of. Like for example: soap, alcohol, detergent, cat litter, and the most important thing... Mountain Dew. All in all it was a pretty nice little experience.

I stopped by RedBox and picked up a few movies. We hadn't been there in a couple weeks, so there was a few new ones. I got The Uninvited, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Step Brothers. We haven't seen the first two, but come on, who hasn't seen Step Brothers? It's the best Will Ferrell movie I've seen in a long time. And not to mention, it has Seth Rogen in it. It's like an all around awesome movie. So expect some reviews in the next day or two.

While I was in Walmart I looked at some of the Digital Camcorders. We've been talking about getting a new one here lately. Ours is so old, we haven't even been using it. We use our camera for video anymore. They had some pretty nice ones for a fairly nice price. So, we have that to look forward to, lol.

I think that's about all for now. If anything new comes up, I'll let you know. So, peace out and rock hard.
