Bleed it out...

Omg, you have NO idea how many cage sets LaVaughn and I cut today. Okay, it was mostly LaVaughn, but I was there for moral support... and tabs. ;) Seriously though, we got both of Nadine's 12 piece sets cut and 3 other sets with at least 5 pieces each! All from the same yard of fleece, I might add. Well actually, Joann.com sent us bonus yardage of both the solid and the print, so we were able to get a lot out of it.

I feel accomplished

Aside from that, we carried our trio of boys around. That trio consists of: Tyler, Boone, and Cas. I know I haven't explained why Cas is in with them and not Violet, so I'll do so now.

Back in the beginning of July, LaVaughn and I heard lots of crabbing and fussing coming from the glider room. When we walked in the door, we saw Cas and Violet balled up fighting! We immediately started beating on the cage until we could get the door open. They stopped fighting and went their separate ways. After that, Violet started chattering, louring Cas closer to her, then she started chasing him and nipping his tail! This went on for the next two days. Of course, we separated them that night, then tried intros, but it didn't work.

After we got Chloe and Charli together, we decided to try and intro Violet to them. After all, Chloe and Violet used to be best buds. Well, as soon as we tried it, it was over. She hated both of them! She chased and nipped and was just a total monster. So now, since she's being a little dick, she has to live by herself.

What we're wanting to do is put Violet back in with her parents, since Pip is neutered and all. The only problem, we can't put her in with them until Sadie's IP joeys is OOP and out of the cage, along with Hadley. So we have at least two months before that can take place. Oh Violet, why must you be such a monster...

So yeah, that's why Cas is in with Tyler and Boone.
