Well hello Mr. Poe...

Today is probably one of the most exciting days that I've experienced in a long, long time. For years I've wanted and lurked after this magnificent book... Complete Stories and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe. It was 4 years ago when I first discovered this book in Hastings. At the time, it had a price tag of $25 - which was way away from what I wanted to pay. Ack, there I go with the rhyming again. Anyways, I was looking around on eBay and found pretty much the same exact book for 1/5 of the price about. Once I read that it was in really good condition, I bought it. I'm going to have weeks and weeks of good reading to do.

In glider news... we got even MORE pictures of Chloe to share. I seriously love the breeder so much - she's the best! We had to beg Annette for pictures of the gliders and when she sent them, we only got maybe 5 or 6. I also have some pictures of Sophie and Violet to share. I didn't get as many of Sophie - considering I just took her pictures not long ago, but Violet definitely needed her picture taken.

Well, I suppose that's that and I will be on my way now. Until next time...

Love & Peace

 Aren't they the cutest!

I love how light the platinum sugar gliders are.

Chloe's brother (in front) has such a cute face!

Violet reminds me so much of her mom and looks so much like her dad.

Sophie looks just like her mom! Although, she does have her dad's eyes.

Look at how plump she is!

Isn't she a doll?

I just love her face.

She's seriously one of the prettiest White Faced sugar gliders ever!

She looks just like Pip here.

And so much like Sadie here.

How many cage sets can you get into a box?

Apparently you can get 4! One of our returning customers ordered some more cage sets a while back and - to save her money - I told her I could get them all in a large, flat rate box. Well, that's easier said than done. Those "large" boxes are a tad on the small side, so getting 4 big cage sets (12 piece each) in that tiny box was a miracle!

Aside from the gnarled up box that I had to ship, we also cut some more today. We just have so much extra fleece laying around, it needed to be done. Not to mention our good friend Erika over at The Sugar Glider Adventure send us even more fleece to cute, so that had to be done as well.

Anyway, I suppose I'm off for now. Time for some grub...

And yes, that is duct tape, lol. It may not be pretty, but it works.

Happy April Fools!

I actually don't have anything of importance to blog about today. Well, I guess I kind of do. You know that whole Project 365 thing that I was working on? Well, I've decided to quit. I know people say, "Oh you'll want to quit, but don't." Well, I'm going to and there's nothing you can do about it. Maybe if I didn't have a blog and a million other things to do, I would. I just don't have time to weed through all my pictures, pick one that I like and upload it. Like I said, if I wasn't uploading pictures to my blog, maybe I could. Oh well, it wasn't that fun anyway.

On the upside, Deagol is doing great at his new home. Jessica said he's the sweetest glider she's ever had! That makes me feel SO relieved, lol. I just hope he continues to be a good glider for her.

Welp, I guess that's all for now...

We're going to have some happy gliders on our hands...

Not only did we order the gliders some of Camille's Vita Mealies yesterday, but we also got them a nice, new fruit and veggie selection today when we went grocery shopping!

Since we live in such a small town, our fruit selection is very grim. It would be a Christmas mericle if our store got a papaya. Luckily, Fredericktown has a much better selection. Not only did we find yellow honey dew, but we also found a piel de sapo! It's an extra sweet melon and very similar to honey dews, but still different. We also got a couple new veggie mixes. One is an asian or moraccan stir fry with like water chestnuts, yellow squash, cauliflower, asparagus and then some. The other one is a sugar snap stir fry with the obvious, suagr snap peas and loads more. It's really awesome.

Well, I suppose that's all for now, mainly wanted to share the excitement. Hey, since when did getting exotic fruits become exciting? I reallt need to find something more amusing with my time...

This is a yellow honey dew melon.

This is the Piel De Sapo. Pretty neat, eh?

This is a picture of all the boxes we got in the mail yesterday. Since we pretty much order everything we need online, we get 4-7 packages in the mail at one time. Makes for a fun day, though. :O)

Who's up for a joey update?

For some reason, I haven't been able to take as many photos of the joeys as I usually do. I need to get on the ball, though, they're going to be grown in no time! Anyway, I got some pretty cute joey pictures yesterday and thought I would share.

When I was looking at the date stamp (which I never do) it said that the photos were taken on the 4th (today) instead of yesterday! WTF! I went to the menu and found the time setting and figured out that I had somehow activated the travel time stamp so the time recorded was when I was in Soul, Korea! Haha... good times.

Anyway, I suppose that's all for now. Until next time, you know where to find me...

Back in the Day - Part 2

Just thought I would share some more pictures of Milla from when she was a puppy. Come on, you know you like it. These we're taken not long after the other ones were. I think these may have been from her very first car ride. And as you can tell from the pictures below, she loved it just as much when she was a baby.

Well, that's all for now. Hope you enjoy...

Bonus Gallery:

These are just a few things that we've ordered in the past couple weeks. We had some left over PayPal money and decided to go ahead and get some of the stuff that we needed.

Our Xbox 360 hard drive. It's too awesome, seriously.

One of the best shows EVER, Degrassi.

Seriously, the Splinter Cell chain is one of the best of it's kind. These games are SO much fun, it's not even cool.

Guess who's rolling in style now?

I got a call from my lovely aunt and uncle yesterday asking about computers and what not. Of course, I filled them in and gave them the best information to my knowledge. They said they were getting a new monitor for their older computer (with Windows XP) and would get the rest later on. I said cool and told them I would get everything going for them when they got home. Around 7:30 (I think) I decided to go on over to their house to see if they had made it back yet. And they did, but it wasn't just a monitor they were sporting. It was an entirely new computer with Windows 7 and all the trimmings. It's so awesome and I'm uber happy for them. Now, all they have to do is get DSL (which comes Tuesday) and they'll be ready to roll.

That's pretty much it. Until next time, peace...

Check out this bad boy... very nice.

So unbelievable!

Oh man, we have awesome news... Sadie has joeys IP (in pouch)! How freakin awesome, man. But the real kicker, we actually watched the entire birthing process. It was so amazing. Of course, we have no idea the sex of either joey, but we do know there is two. Now, the waiting process...

- The picture quality is pretty bad. There was no good light and she was in their triangle toy, so getting good pictures was a daunting task. -
