Well yesterday was fun...

We've done lots of things pertaining to sugar gliders, but never played host to any potential owners before. Well, I suppose there's a first time for everything!

Yesterday, two lovely people (Heidi and Tim) decided to take a trip down to our place to see what sugar gliders were like. They mainly wanted to come and see the joeys, Summer and Autumn. Luckily, all the gliders were on their best behavior and were wonderful the whole time they were here. Logan got a little grumpy at one point, he just wasn't comfortable being held by a stranger, though. We also fed everyone some mealworms so that they could see what that was like. They were completely grossed out by it at first, but then they realized how fast they actually ate them and didn't mind at all after that.

We didn't spend too much time with the adult gliders, we spent most of our time in the living room with joeys sharing stories and what have you. We learned a lot about them and they learned a lot about sugar gliders. They were like 95% sure they wanted to adopt the joeys before they got here, holding them just pushed them the other 5%, lol. After a few short hours, they decided to head home. Not before putting a deposit down on the twins, who are now called Blossom and Lily. Love their new names!

Well, I suppose that's all for now. Until next time...

Love & Peace

Here's one of the pictures that Heidi and Tim took yesterday:
