The Compulsive Ramblings Of A Philotherian: A case of the Monday's...

I so did not have the energy for yesterday. I just don't have the tact anymore or something. The only thing that makes work doable is Melissa and my BF, Tyler. I love them both, but don't get to work with them enough.

Apparently there was gift giving this year at work. Last year they gave everyone a grab bag with a scratch-off in it and a few other odds and ends. This year they had actual gifts for everyone. The catch? All the morning people got them Friday, then, since I took off Saturday, everyone else got everything Saturday. What was left... Two back massage things, a picture with some type of saying on it, glass coasters, and a punch bowl set. You best believe my ass took the punch bowl set and the coasters.

The damn bowl in the punch bowl set was cracked, go figure. Oh well, the cups that came with it are fucking awesome and I love them. The coasters are pretty lame, but they come in a nice decorative wooden holder, so they're a keeper as well.

I was asking what some of the other gifts were. A lot of them were throws, Cardinals cups, movies, CDs, things from Bath & Body Works, and more! SO not fair that only scraps were left for people like me. Whatever, I got enough loot from Christmas.

I finally managed to get some decent pictures of the joeys today. All outdoor photos, I might add. I used the camera on manual to take Zac's pictures, but a couple are way overexposed. I need to remember that joeys aren't humans, they wont sit still even if you ask nicely, so auto is the way to go! I'm just glad I was able to get SOME decent pictures.

I also took a million pictures of the cats and some more of aunt Sharon's new puppies. It's so nice to live so close to someone with fat little puppies.

Not that I'm planing on doing anything for New Years, but I'm SO glad I don't have to work on New Years Eve or New Years Day... awesomeness! I'm probably not going to do anything, like I said. I may break in the martini set that LaVaughn and I got, that could be fun. I guess we'll figure all that out when we get to it.
